Denver Metro February Real Estate Stats
The Denver Metro Real Estate Market is performing the way I predicted. It is slowing down, so buyers have a chance to find their dream home yet sellers are still able to generate high returns.
The number of active listings at the end of February was up +39% from a year ago, which is really great for buyers.
The number of units sold was down 4% for January 2019 and flat for February 2019 versus a year ago.
Denver is still a hot market. Sellers need to be a little more accommodating. However, houses that are priced right will go under contract in less than a week, and/or sell above asking. Buyers cannot expect things to be drastically different, but their chances of going under contract on a house will increase.
